General rules
In accordance with these rules, SIA Brainy Books, registration number 40203549815 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) offers and sells goods published on the Seller’s website www.logicworkbook.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). The Buyer purchases and accepts the goods in accordance with the selection indicated in the order placed on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Order”). Ownership of the goods is transferred to the Buyer upon full payment for the goods and receipt of the goods. As the contract for the purchase of goods (order) is concluded on the website, a distance contract is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer. The rights arising from the distance contract apply to the Buyer who is a consumer (natural person) in accordance with the law.
By placing an order and agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Buyer confirms that they are of legal age and have legal capacity, and also confirms that they will use the website in accordance with the law and agree to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
Price and payment
All product prices on the website are shown without VAT. By completing the order form, the Buyer confirms the current product price and payment.
No additional fees are charged for the delivery of products.
Payment for the goods must be made using the Montonio card or direct payment system provided on the website.
Payment of the purchase price will be confirmed by a confirmation email. After successful payment, the buyer will receive a confirmation email with download links.
Ordering and delivery of goods
To purchase goods, the buyer who has accepted these terms and conditions must add the selected goods to the shopping cart, fill in the fields required for delivery, and confirm them by clicking on the corresponding link. Confirmation of the order implies the buyer’s obligation to make the payment.
Orders paid by credit card or direct payment via an online banking system are processed automatically and the goods are delivered immediately after payment has been made.
The goods are delivered to the buyer at the e-mail address specified in the order. The buyer will receive an e-mail with a link through which the purchased goods can be downloaded up to 3 (three) times.
The delivery of the goods is based on the delivery costs specified in the order and determined at the time of placing the order.
It must be possible to contact the buyer at the e-mail address specified in the order.
According to the order, the delivery is considered complete and the order fulfilled when the goods arrive at the e-mail address specified by the buyer.
Before purchasing the goods, the buyer must carefully read the product descriptions and familiarize themselves with the copies displayed on the screen.

At the buyer’s request, the seller may provide additional instructions on the use of the goods.
Complaints regarding the conformity of the goods description shall first be resolved through negotiations by contacting the seller at the e-mail address siabrainybooks@gmail.com. If no agreement is reached, the problem shall be resolved in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The purchased goods may not be resold or distributed free of charge.
Obligations of the parties and other rules
The buyer may submit a complaint about the purchase of goods electronically by sending an email to info@logicworkbook.com. The seller will respond to the buyer’s complaint by email within 30 (thirty) days. Disputes arising from the performance of obligations shall be resolved through negotiations.
The Seller shall contact the Buyer at the e-mail address provided by the Buyer at the time of purchase. All notifications sent to the e-mail address specified in the order shall be deemed to have been received.
By visiting the website and placing orders there, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. All new services and changes to the functionality of the website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The Seller reserves the right to change these rules at any time by publishing them on this website, and the Buyer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the rules before using the website and before placing each new order. Use of the website and placing an order after any changes to the rules shall be deemed to constitute the Buyer’s acceptance of such changes.
